La Terraza del Sol is a sunny penthouse in a quiet private resort in Marina de la Torre, Mojácar Playa. It has a terrace off the living room with outdoor dining and, up a spiral staircase, a private solarium with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and sea views.
Inside there is a bright living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The whole apartment has ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. Downstairs you have the pool, gardens and your own garage space, with a lift up to the apartment floor.
